Easy Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Chocolate Chips (Semisweet)
• 1/2 Cup Sugar
• 1 1/2 Packages of Cream Cheese (12oz)
• 1 Container of Whipped Cream
• 1 Pie Crust with Vanilla Wafers or Graham
• 1/4 Cup Butter

Directions:

Melt Chocolate Chips on low in a small saucepan. Stir frequently until melted. Set aside. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar and butter until smooth. Fold in the melted chocolate. Fold in 2 cups of the whipped topping.

Add the mixture to the Pie Crust, cover and refrigerate until firm. Garnish with the whipped cream, chocolate chips, chocolate syrup or the topping of your choice.
