2-Step Reduced-Calorie Easter Cheesecake

Save calories and still enjoy a delicious Easter cheesecake by using Nuefchatel cheese and light whipped topping (such as Cool Whip Lite.) Top with fruit, and you have a healthy, delightful Easter treat for your family and friends!


  • 1 packaged reduced-fat Graham Cracker Crust
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Neufchatel cheese
  • 1 pkg. light whipped topping
  • 1/3 cup sugar


Beat the cheese and sugar with a whisk until well blended. Stir is the whipped topping. Spoon the filling into the crust. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set. Top with fresh strawberries, kiwi fruit, or a mixture of both.
