Bye, bye Miss American Pie – there’s a new dessert around for the Fourth of July! Perfect for next week’s patriotic gatherings, these tiny trifles are guaranteed to be gone in less time than they take to make.
- Small glass cups
- Strawberries (about 1 strawberry for every 2 desserts)
- Vanilla Greek yogurt
- Store-bought shortcake cups (about 1 for every 3 desserts)
- Piping bag
Cut the shortcake cups into small pieces and place a layer of them in the glasses.
Pipe the yogurt over the shortcake in the cups and then layer slices of strawberries.
Place another layer of shortcake on top of the strawberries and pipe a generous layer of yogurt on the top.
Top with blueberries, serve, and enjoy!
