Recipe: No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake

Sometimes the best things are the simplest…and in the case of this easy-peasy cheesecake, we tend to agree. No baking, no springform pan, and no whipping cream. Perfect for summer, but delicious at any time, this bright dessert is guaranteed to delight this season.


1 premade pie crust
3 (8 oz.) packages of cream cheese, room temp
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup strawberry powder mix
1 tablespoon milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup sugar
Rainbow sprinkles

1.    In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and strawberry powder until smooth.
2.    Gently stir in the Cool Whip.
3.    Pour the filling into the crust and smooth the top.
4.    Refrigerate for 5 hours, or until firm.
5.    Decorate with additional Cool Whip, garnish with sprinkles, and serve.
