Easy Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe
A good Strawberry Cheesecake can make guests very happy! Cheese cake is notorious for being a tough dessert to make and we wanted to have a cheesecake recipe that is not only easy, but tastes delicious too! You will find that this dessert recipe is good enough to make people think you spent hours in the kitchen!
Ingredients:
Crust:
- 10" Pie Pan
- 2 Cups Graham Crackers (Crushed)
- 1/3 Cup Sugar
- 3 Tbsp Butter
Filling:
- 2 Packages of 8oz Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese (Softened)
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp of Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 Eggs
Topping:
- 16 oz Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 package Frozen Strawberries (Sweetened), thaw the Strawberries for better results
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 375 degrees
Crust: Melt the butter and combine ingredients. Pack using the back of a wooden spoon into the 10" Pie Pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browning. Set aside
Filling: If the Cream Cheese is still cold, place it in a microwave safe dish (without wrapper) and heat for 10-15 seconds or until soft. In a large bowl, cream the sugar, cream cheese and eggs (Add the eggs one at a time and don't mix the second one quite as well.)
Pour into crust and bake for 20 minutes.
Topping: Combine the Sour Cream, Sugar and Vanilla. Mix well. Mix in 1-2 cups of strawberries. Blend and add to top of Cheesecake. Bake for 5 more minutes.
Chill for several hours and enjoy! This is one of my favorite strawberry cheesecake recipes and it is so easy!
