Maple Blueberry Cheesecake Recipe

Maple syrup and blueberries are not just for breakfast! This delightful cheesecake will make an easy, delicious dessert for any meal. Your family and friends will love the country-fresh taste.


Ingredients:

Crust:

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup ground pecans
6 tablespoons maple syrup

Mix together all ingredients to form crust. Press into the bottom of a parchment-lined springform pan.

Filling:

æ lb. Cream Cheese
2 unbeaten eggs
O C. sugar
O tsp. vanilla
Dash of cinnamon
2 c. blueberries

Mix together all filling ingredients except blueberries until just blended. Gently fold in the blueberries.

Pour into the crust.

Bake at 3758 F for 20 to 25 min, until cake is set but still soft it the middle.

Cool for at least 1 hour and cover with 1 pint sour cream mixed with 3T sugar and 1 tsp vanilla.

Return to oven at 3758 F for 5 min.

Chill at least 3 hours before serving.

Garnish with more blueberries.
